This major new facility is being developed by a respected healthcare organisation and will be significantly larger and more advanced than existing private clinics in the region. We are seeking Consultant Endocinologists who wish to join this exciting new hospital.

This role is ideal for senior Endocrinology specialists seeking an international medical career, a high‑saving expatriate package, and the chance to help shape specialist services in a rapidly developing healthcare environment.

  • Salary paid after taxes, arranged by employer

  • Health insurance

  • Professional indemnity insurance

  • Relocation support, including visa and licence costs

  • Free modern accommodation provided for the doctor and family

  • Unlimited contract length

  • The opportunity to work in a newly developing, international‑standard hospital

  • The opportunity to help develop and establish specialist clinical services in Tajikistan

The Process

After your initial interview or call with your recruiter, if you wish to proceed, you will be asked to submit your CV along with brief information about your personal circumstances (e.g., spouse, dependants). This allows us to confirm your eligibility for immigration and licensing requirements.

You will also complete a short online declaration confirming that you are a professional of good standing and have no criminal history.

If shortlisted and you accept an offer, the full process for medical licence approval and work pass issuance typically takes 4–6 weeks. Planet TA will provide you with a dedicated onboarding analyst (free of charge) to guide you through every step of the licensing, immigration and relocation process.

Your Role

If shortlisted, the Medical Director will arrange (via Planet TA) a friendly, two‑way interview. This is an opportunity to learn more about the project, ask questions, and discuss your motivations for relocating to Tajikistan. It is also a chance to present your experience, skills, and clinical interests.

The standard working pattern is expected to be 5.5 days per week initially, with a planned transition to 5 days per week in the future.

As a newly developing hospital, the environment will be fast‑moving, dynamic and evolving. Flexibility, adaptability and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset will be highly valued.

Please do not contact the hospital directly. All communication must go through Planet TA, who will support you throughout the recruitment, medical licensing and onboarding process.
